We like to think of ILS as a rather unconventional company operating in a fairly conservative industry. Having fun is absolutely an essential part of what we do. We have a flat heirarchy where everybody’s input counts. ILS employees are encouraged to think out of the box and making mistakes is assumed to be part of the process of innovating. It is this open culture of free dialogue in a diverse environment where fear-of-failure is minimized that helps us quickly ascend the learning curve and benefit from each others experience.
