ART DIRECTOR (M/F/D)

• You lead the visual design and branding efforts for the Brand Strategy team and ensure brand consistency across all visual materials

• You design and develop visuals and creatives for various channels such as website, email campaigns, social media, online advertising and other digital assets.

• You stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies to incorporate them into design work.

• You manage, mentor, and provide guidance to the design team to ensure deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.

• You collaborate with other departments such as Online Marketing, CRM and UX on maintaining design standards and a variety of cross-group projects.

• You have a bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing or a related field

• You have completed several years of experience in a senior design role, have a strong portfolio showcasing visual design and branding work, and a strong understanding of branding and creating consistent visual materials

• You have experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

• You have excellent communication skills in German and English and love to work with cross-functional teams

• You bring strong problem-solving skills and a keep a cool even in stressful situations
