We like to think of ILS as a rather unconventional company operating in a fairly conservative industry. Having fun is absolutely an essential part of what we do. We have a flat heirarchy where everybody’s input counts. ILS employees are encouraged to think out of the box and making mistakes is assumed to be part of the process of innovating.
