In this position you will have the opportunity to directly influence and make a real impact within the Customer Experience at expondo!
As a working student (m/f/d) in Customer Experience (CX) you will work closely with our Head of CX. You will do researches, prepare analyses, and create reports to identify drivers and trending topics. You will additionally support in a variety of exciting CX projects and will get to use and learn new hard and soft tools which are at the forefront of the ecommerce sector. You will also undertake responsibility of daily tasks, such as:
FEEDBACK TOOL ADMINISTRATION
We just launched a new feedback tool, which assists in helping to have 360° view of our customer’s feedback. We need you to develop this tool and to maintain current processes. With your help we will be able to make the next steps and to use this tool to its full potential and enable other departments to identify customer needs quickly.
We receive a lot of customer feedback from different sources – just like public reviews, survey replies or just within usual customer communication. Trending topics are interesting for us and we need to take a deep dive into them! Based on your researches you can propose solutions and support initiatives to implement them.
SURVEY CREATION & RESULT SHARING
Sometimes customer feedback for specific topics is required and we need to create additional surveys, and this is where you step in! In agreement with the responsible department you are setting up a new survey, select a target group and get it up and running. Afterwards you are analysing the results and try to find some first conclusions. You will also get the opportunity to present the results you have found.
