As a Service Agent (f/m/d) in our Payment Team, you take care of refunds as well as payment-related customer enquiries, payment evaluations and various KYC processes. You help us with various financial processes within our company. You mainly take care of the quality-conscious processing of customer requests for any financial related queries in a written form and help us to provide first-class customer service!
