As part of our Digital Transformation Organization (DTO), you actively drive the change for our Corporate Procurement Business Unit. By creating full transparency and by advising the senior management you will contribute to the success of SIXT. As a Senior Business Analyst, Data Performance Analyst, or Controller (m/w/f) you strive to coordinate the different teams in our Corporate Procurement Business Unit in such a way that the efficiency of internal and external processes can be increased. What you will do:

  • Your main tasks include the alignment and guidance of all Procurement teams in our Corporate Procurement Business Unit of strategic reporting structures and strategic KPIs. 

  • You define cross-divisional, strategic KPIs and continuously track Corporate Procurement performance topics. 

  • You independently prepare and conduct business reviews with senior management and enable the identification of problems at an early stage. 

  • You continuously align with our departments to derive insights that enable management decisions based on ad hoc analysis. 

  • You are responsible for bundling requirements towards BI  

  • As a strategist, you find it easy to prepare reports on day-to-day business and to ensure that they are transferred and implemented in strategic long-term reporting, this includes the creation of ad hoc analyses 

Come as You are:

  • You are a strategist, visionary, doer all in one and communication is in your “blood”, especially with internal stakeholders  

  • You have completed your studies in business administration, information systems or comparable and You have several years of work experience in the reporting environment, as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst 

  • An independent development of reporting structures and KPI's is no challenge for you, furthermore You enjoy preparing data and presenting it in a clear and meaningful way 

  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and are a fast learner 

  • You have long-term experience with tools like Qlikview, Google Looker, Amazon QuickSight and translating your KPI definitions in SQL is the easiest exercise for you. 

  • You have a very good understanding of operational business processes and have a certain bite and a stable stubbornness  

  • You have strong written and spoken English. Knowledge of German is a plus
