As our Director of Business Development you will create, assembling and leading by example a team of motivated Business Development Analysts. You focus 100% of the time on being an effective and inspiring leader, delivering through your team a mapped out future for our organisation.

Your duties will include establishing networks with industry specialists, maintaining valued customer relationships, be abreast of future market developments and be an expert in mapping out where the organisation needs to be in 12-24 months. You will be personally accountable for assessing and advising on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. You should assess the market and give strong recommendations to where we need to invest in order to grow exponentially.

  • Leading a team which is continuously analyzing the market to understand where we need to be as a company with regards to systems, operations, process, and structures
  • Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies
  • Leading a team which analyses and develops new lines of business based on consumer behaviour
  • Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share
  • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue in new market
  • Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue



  • A college degree is required and at least 8+ years of professional experience as a leader in multinational companies
  • A technical or engineering background is preferred and E-Commerce experience is a big plus
  • You are experienced at performing market analysis on industry trends for expanding business operations toward sustained growth
  • You are an energetic and agil person who is able to perform in a fast-paced environment and drive change in cross-functional teams
  • You have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skillsYou have the ability to understand financial and material flows inside a company
  • You have strong PC skills, including creating Business Plans and Business Cases in MS excel
  • You are fluent in Business English
