Construction Project Manager (m/w/d)



Responsibility for managing the opening and renovation process of Starbucks, KFC and Pizza Hut  from asset planning to asset operation.Complying with Governance and processes specifically; Project Management, Health & Safety, Commercial, Risk & Value, Budget. Cooperation with various stakeholders within  & outside the company.


 Your tasks & challenges.

  • Comprehensively managing investment projects according schedule, budget and in line with current Brand Manuals and Technical Standards
  • Delivery of projects on time within cost and to stated quality standards
  • Ensure the embedding of sustainability principles of the project
  • Coordinate and manage contract requirements relating to design solutions, construction
  • Be accountable for the expenditure, and overall out turn cost for the project including authorisation through specified governance.
  • Ensure effective communication and interfaces with the supply chain and procurement functions.
  • Active stakeholder management to clarify requirements and agree project objectives and priorities. 
  • Manage project risk and opportunities effectively
  • Be accountable for the commercial objectives specific to the project 
  • Close cooperation with Real Estate Department & Planner.
  • Getting approval for new sites & Preparing the Capex budget for relevant location.
  • Maintaining relations with Brand Architects and provide cost impact calculations
  • Support of the tendering and ordering process for services and materials
  • Finding new business partners (contractors, direct suppliers and external designers)
  • Reporting to Head of Construction and Regional Development Director

Voraussetzungen

Your skills and experience.

  • Education degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Project Management or Architecture
  • B driving license
  • Relevant experience in managing commercial projects (experience in Retail or Gastronomy sector will be an asset)
  • Experience in cooperation with external companies, subcontractors and ease in budget controlling Analytical skills
  • Problem solving and “Can do” attitude
  • Independence Working
  • Ease in building and maintaining relations with business partners
  • Task oriented approach to achieve goals and set up the priorities
  • Business Fluent in English and German
