Then join our team, and help us provide premium service to our customers as a French speaking Reservation Agent – so that they will keep coming back to us. Have you already had the opportunity to gain experience in customer service or in call centre? Perfect, then get started now. So, you don’t have experience but love talking to people on the phone? No problem, start as a novice in the field! You get started with a 3-week, paid induction period during which you will learn everything you need to succeed in customer service with us.

Your duties:

You are the first point of contact for our customers for reserving rental vehicles and lorries over the phone. In doing so, your main task is to assist our business and private customers in using the online booking systems, to make reservations, and to offer our customers a full-service package. You always have a sympathetic ear, and you advise our customers over the phone. We are big on team spirit, and that's why you’ll work closely with the other departments of the company to be able to give our customers the best service and to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. What you offer:

  • You are like us: Likeable, motivated, and you enjoy being in direct contact with our customers
  • Ideally, you would already have some initial experience in customer service, working in a call centre, sales, restaurants or generally dealing with customers
  • You are fluent in French (spoken & written), and you have a good level of German and English
  • You enjoy contact by phone, are reliable, and work independently, solution and service-orientated
  • You are willing to work shifts as well as in weekends and on bank holidays
  • You enjoy working in an international team, and you value exchanging ideas with your colleagues
